This publication is the result of a collective action research work carried out in the Northern Quarter of Brussels, in close collaboration with the Citizen’s Platform BxlRefugees, according to the needs and problems they encountered in their daily practice. The content a collection of different takes on the topic.

Considering the very divers material, we came up with a modular structure that allows a great diversity in placing text and images while keeping a clear visual language throughout the whole publication. The simple and rough side stich binding, underlines the concept and allows the use a range of different papers and materials. Basically it’s just a stack of paper, bound together with 3 staples.
